The company has two production lines each for carburizing and nitriding.
        In terms of carburizing and quenching, the German IPSEN controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnaces have unique advantages: more stable furnace temperature uniformity, reliable automatic process control, small deformation, and consistent quality. They enable fully digital and programmed process control, with 100% reliable and effective traceability of process parameters. The monthly processing capacity for carburizing and quenching is 150,000 pieces.
        In terms of ion nitriding, the process forms a nitrided layer on the surface of metal parts through positive ion bombardment to achieve surface hardening. Ion nitriding delivers remarkable results on ductile iron, alloy steel, stainless steel, powder metallurgy products, titanium alloy, high-speed steel and tool steel. The monthly processing capacity for ion nitriding is 100,000 pieces.
